Novalac Allernova special baby food for dairy allergies

The complete absence of dairy (cow's milk) - an important measure.
To treat a food allergy, it is important to do without the allergy-causing foods completely.
For a period of 6-12 months after the diagnosis of a cow's milk allergy, cow's milk and other foods that contain any form of dairy, should be removed from the diet.
For non-or partially breast-fed babies with cow's milk allergy, a hydrolysed  (whey protein) diet, such as Allernova is recommended.
In this special food, the milk protein is broken down to such an extent that its allergenic properties are largely lost.
Allernova is completely lactose-free.
Since the intestinal flora in infants with a cow's milk allergy is often not properly developed, lactose can not be fully metabolized.

Der vollständige Verzicht auf Kuhmilch – eine wichtige Maßnahme
Um eine Nahrungsmittelallergie zu behandeln, ist es wichtig, auf das allergieauslösende Nahrungsmittel vollständig zu verzichten.
Für einen Zeitraum von 6-12 Monaten sollte nach der Diagnose einer Kuhmilchallergie auf Kuhmilch und andere Lebensmittel, die in irgendeiner Form Kuhmilch enthalten, vollständig verzichtet werden.
Für nicht oder teilweise gestillte Babys mit Kuhmilchallergie wird eine Hydrolysatnahrung wie Allernova empfohlen.
Bei dieser Spezialnahrung wird das Kuhmilcheiweiß so stark aufgespalten, dass es seine allergieauslösenden Eigenschaften weitestgehend verliert.
Außerdem ist Allernova komplett lactosefrei, da die Darmflora bei Säuglingen mit Kuhmilchallergie häufig nicht voll intakt ist und so die Lactose auch nicht vollständig verwertet werden kann.
