I've used the Bronchicum drops since I was little for chest congestion, but had never tried the Lutschtabletten. They are just as effective and worked quickly.

My experience with Bronchicum Pastillen

This year I was down with a severe Bronchitis. I asked my chemist if they had anything to disolve the mucus, which he denied. At that time I had placed an order for Bronchicum Tabletten already, and when they arrived, it took only a few days to be able to cough up the mucus.
Now I take a Bronchicum Tablet a few times a day to make sure, it doesn't happen again. -

I first bought the cough mixture in this brand and found that it was a great product and thought I'd give this a try...It really helps when you get that annoying tickle.
