Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 should be used 1 time a day.

Recommended dosage:
Stir 1-2 x daily 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 (= 3 g) in approx. 1/8 l of water at least 10 minutes of activation time wait again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach. If you take OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 2 x daily, it is recommended to use it before breakfast and before dinner. OMNi-BiOTiC SR-9 is recommended to use for a longer period of time. Instructions for use:
If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize the fructooligosaccharides.
